Wedding and Venue Facilities

Ibhayi Town Lodge is the perfect venue for weddings, functions and conferencing. We can seat forty guests for a plated dinner, or accommodate up to 60 guests for canapes and platters.

Weddings: Ibhayi Town Lodge and Leo’s Bistro are proud to offer a wonderful, intimate wedding venue for small weddings, in the heart of Walmer. Our sunny Victorian-style building, with wooden floors and enormous sash windows is set in shady gardens, overlooking a poolside verandah.Our wedding offering includes venue hire, gorgeous customised menus and accomodation. On the food side, Leo’s well-known Manager, Jennifer Kerr-Borriero, is your one-stop address for gorgeous menus and lovely décor ideas for your wedding. For accommodation, Ibhayi Town Lodge has 24 double/ twin rooms that can be booked exclusively for your wedding, to allow the wedding party full access to the whole property. Alternatively, the nine-room new section adjacent to Leo’s can be booked exclusively for your wedding, allowing you easy access between rooms and the wedding venue.

 Functions: Leo’s Bistro welcomes both private and corporate functions. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, tea, sundowners or an evening function, Jen will work with you to design a menu that suits your palate and budget, and our superb kitchen team will deliver food to remember. .

Conference: Our popular conference facility at Ibhayi includes three sunny conference rooms looking out onto our beautiful gardens. We can accommodate 20 delegates in the Lion Room, 35 in the Leopard Room, and up to 70 in our Cheetah room. We also offer a small premium boardroom seating up to 12 delegates
